Well after three weeks I am settled into my new role. Several conversations and ongoing discussions regarding consultancy and recruitment - the latter is of course especially gratifying as it shows there are opportunities in our vertical that need filling, and having the opportunity to find candidates new roles feels pretty good.
My original post announcing ERG to the world generated over 4000 views and over 30 Re-shares. Yes it did hit a global audience - From Australia to Paris to London, to Istanbul to....well Everywhere. The feedback was, and continues to be very positive, and it looks like I was right - there is a need for a recruiter to specialise in our vertical, and now that particular vacancy is filled.
